The Job Accommodation Network (JAN) is an online resource repository and community that arms employers, employees, and job seekers with the tools necessary to set up reasonable workplace accommodations for individuals with disabilities. JAN provides forms to facilitate onboarding and ongoing conversations with employers and medical providers regarding accommodations. It lists definitions of a wide range of disabilities and the types of accommodations that the individual might require. Lastly, MyJAN allows users to create a profile, save their most used resources, and talk to experts and other employers about the logistics of setting up reasonable accommodations.
