The Illinois Workforce Innovation Board (IWIB) is developing a new strategic plan and we want to hear from key partners in the IL workforce development system. This plan will align with the state’s WIOA combined plan and the Governor’s economic development plan, and will guide the use of the IWIB’s time and resources over the next five years. We will share the IWIB’s draft IWIB vision, mission, values, priorities; then we will engage local boards, American Job Centers, staff, customers, and other key partners in an important conversation about how the IWIB can support the system in the coming years.
